The Kelvin timeline was created by a time travel incursion caused by the Romulan mining ship Narada, captained by villain Nero (Eric Bana). The Romulan sun going supernova in the late 24th century of the Prime timeline led to Nero and Ambassador Spock (Leonard Nimoy) accidentally leaving 2387 and going back in time

That is because all things from our childhood bring back fond memories. Nostalgia can be a great feeling, leaving one to be reminiscent of their past but is it worth the price we are paying? And is it really the best media we can make?
